I talked to many companies in Los Angeles about
mold remediation and I felt the most comfortable
with you after our phone conversation and how
fast you were at my house to do the bid. I knew
nothing about how to do mold abatement and you

“As a homeowner, I was obviously concerned with
the mold issue that I found out had. I had no
idea how to remediate the mold – so I researched
and called around. I quickly found that half of
the companies use scare tactics and others use

I did have questions that came up as I learned
and researched more about mold. Again, I was so
happy that my questions were immediately
addressed by PEAS. They told me why things would
be done one way and not another. I was satisfied
with the answers and agreed with the logic.
Again, response was excellent so I knew that
PEAS was going to take the work I had to a
personal level. On the job, the project was
exactly as he described in the scope of work
written to me. The team was on time and
professional. I was amazed at the cleanliness of
the job once completed and I really appreciate
